  • “My husband and I began couples counseling at a difficult point in our marriage. Our therapist was able to meet us where we were and gently support us as we found our way back to each other. After a few months I began seeing another psychologist for 1:1 therapy. It can be difficult for me to find a good fit for therapy so I had thought I might need to go to the city to find someone great. To my surprise, I was able to begin meaningful work right here in Westchester.” -Liz
