A Research-Based Workshop for Couples
Based on over 40 years of research by Dr. John Gottman, this workshop provides couples with the scientific blueprint for a resilient bond, ensuring you have the tools to thrive at any stage of your journey together.
Whether you are newlyweds, long-term partners, or considering marriage, life’s daily stressors can often pull you away from the connection you once felt. Dr. John Gottman’s pioneering research with over 3,000 couples has identified the specific habits that distinguish “Masters” of relationship from the “Disasters.”
The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work workshop is designed to help you and your partner translate this scientific data into practical, “in-the-trenches” tools. In a warm, collaborative environment, you will learn how to navigate conflict with ease, build a deeper “Love Map” of your partner, and create a shared sense of meaning for your future.

here’s what we’ll cover
