A Research-Based Workshop for Couples
Based on over 40 years of research by Dr. John Gottman, this workshop provides couples with the scientific blueprint for a resilient bond, ensuring you have the tools to thrive at any stage of your journey together.
Whether you are newlyweds, long-term partners, or considering marriage, life’s daily stressors can often pull you away from the connection you once felt. Dr. John Gottman’s pioneering research with over 3,000 couples has identified the specific habits that distinguish "Masters" of relationship from the "Disasters."
The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work workshop is designed to help you and your partner translate this scientific data into practical, "in-the-trenches" tools. In a warm, collaborative environment, you will learn how to navigate conflict with ease, build a deeper "Love Map" of your partner, and create a shared sense of meaning for your future.
Here's what we'll cover
The Takeaway
Build a stronger friendship and intimacy by enhancing your "Love Maps."
Nurture fondness and admiration to keep your bond resilient.
Practice the "small things often" to stay connected during daily life.
Learn the difference between solvable and perpetual problems and how to dialogue about them without hostility.
Discover the underlying dreams and values that often cause recurring arguments.
Build a relationship "culture" that supports both of your individual and collective goals.
