Adult therapy, assessment, and groups

For Individuals

Evidence-based therapy and neuropsychological assessment for adults — for the everyday struggles and the harder chapters.

Therapy and assessment, together

When the question is really a diagnosis

Sometimes what feels like "just" anxiety, burnout, or unfocused exhaustion turns out to be unrecognized ADHD, autism, or a learning profile no one mapped before.

Because our neuropsychologists sit across the hall from our therapists, we can move you fluidly from a diagnostic question into the right treatment — without having to start over with a new team.

How we work

One Stop Integrative Solution

Most adults arrive having already tried therapy — sometimes for years. They come to PPG because something is still stuck.

Our approach is to start with a careful intake that takes your full history seriously: not just the symptom that brought you in, but the patterns, the neurology, the relationships, and the chapters that came before. From there, we match you with a clinician whose specialty actually fits the problem — and stay in close contact across the team as your work evolves.

Talk therapy is the core, but it isn't always the whole answer. When it helps, we layer in art therapy for what words can't reach, group work for what isolation can't fix, and skills practice (DBT, exposure, EMDR) for what insight alone won't shift. You don't have to coordinate across providers. We do it inside one practice.

If what you need shifts mid-treatment — from individual sessions to a group, from talk to EMDR, from therapy to a testing referral — we shift with you. That coordination is what most people mean when they say they want a "team."
