These art therapy groups are designed specifically for children ages 5 to 8 and 9 to 11 who are navigating ADHD. Because traditional talk therapy can sometimes feel a bit intense or demanding for younger kids, we use creative, hands-on art projects as a natural tool for building skills. In a supportive peer environment, kids practice self-regulation, focus, and managing big emotions—all while connecting with others who share similar experiences.
