High school relationships—whether navigating changing friendships or entering the world of dating—bring an equal mix of excitement and stress. It’s a lot for a teenager to manage while trying to figure out their own boundaries and how to speak up for what they need.
Our Building Healthy Relationships for Teens group offers a dedicated, non-judgmental space to sort through these exact dynamics. To ensure the room feels both clinically grounded and genuinely relatable, the group is facilitated by our psychologist, Dr. Megan Sedita, and our resident teen intern. Together, they guide teens through practical ways to establish boundaries, handle peer conflict, and build the self-confidence needed for healthy, positive connections.

- Romantic Foundations: Explore the basics of healthy dating, including mutual respect, consent, and identifying "red flags."
- Mastering Boundaries: Gain practical skills for saying "no," protecting personal space, and honoring individual needs without guilt.
- Peer Connection: Facilitated in part by a teen intern, this group ensures the conversation remains relevant, authentic, and grounded in the actual experiences of today’s youth.
