Announcing Building Healthy Relationships for Teens
Teen years often involve a lot of social navigation: friendship challenges, first crushes, and learning to set boundaries, all in an always-connected world. Psychology Partners Group offers Building Healthy Relationships for Teens, a psychoeducational peer support group for high school students. Teens build skills and confidence for healthier relationships with friends, partners, and themselves, in a supportive and understanding space.
What the Group Covers
- Friendships: Telling healthy dynamics from unhealthy ones, handling conflict, and building supportive friendships.
- Romantic relationships: Respectful dating, clear communication, and noticing "red flags" and "green flags."
- Boundaries: Communicating needs, protecting personal space, and saying no.
- Self-worth: How healthy relationships connect to self-esteem and well-being.
- Connection: Meeting peers who understand what teens are going through.
